The Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) has announced the formation of its new Delhi State Executive Committee as part of its strategy to strengthen the party’s organisational structure in the national capital. Delhi State President Advocate Rajeev Tomar has appointed senior social worker and daughter of a farming family Sudesh Bala as the State General Secretary of the party.

Expressing gratitude on her appointment, Sudesh Bala thanked RLD National President Jayant Chaudhary, the party’s senior leadership and Delhi State President Advocate Rajeev Tomar for entrusting her with the responsibility. She described the appointment as both an honour and a significant responsibility, pledging to discharge her duties with dedication, honesty and commitment.

Coming from a farming background, Sudesh Bala said she has closely witnessed the struggles of farmers and the challenges of rural life since childhood. She noted that the Rashtriya Lok Dal has consistently stood for the rights of farmers, labourers, youth, women and the common people. Inspired by the party’s farmer-centric policies, commitment to social justice, rural development and democratic values, she said she joined the organisation to contribute actively to its growth.

She emphasised that the party’s priorities include making agriculture more profitable, strengthening the economic condition of farmers, accelerating rural development and creating better opportunities for young people. She further said the RLD continues to work for farmers’ dignity, social equality and inclusive development under the farmer-oriented vision of Chaudhary Charan Singh and the progressive leadership of National President Jayant Chaudhary.

Sudesh Bala expressed confidence that the party would be strengthened down to the booth level across Delhi through an extensive public outreach campaign. She said efforts would focus on connecting farmers, labourers, women and youth with the party’s welfare-oriented policies while ensuring that farmers’ concerns are effectively represented before the government. She reaffirmed her commitment to working for higher farm incomes and justice for the last person in society.

Congratulating Sudesh Bala on her appointment, RLD office-bearers and party workers expressed confidence that her organisational abilities, social commitment and grassroots experience would inject fresh energy into the Delhi unit and further strengthen the party’s presence across the Capital.
