Initiative aims to save patients’ time and money while making healthcare services simpler, accessible and convenient

New Delhi: In a significant step towards making healthcare services more accessible through technology, EDMedTech (EMT) Healthcare Solutions has launched its new digital healthcare platform, bringing multiple healthcare services under one digital roof.
The platform was launched at the C.D. Deshmukh Auditorium of the India International Centre in New Delhi in the presence of several prominent medical professionals and dignitaries from the healthcare sector.


The programme began with a Ganesh Vandana presented by Kumari Kashvi Aggarwal. Senior neurosurgeon from AIIMS, New Delhi, Dr. Deepak Aggarwal, and senior consultant at Fortis Spectra Hospital and President of IMA South Delhi, Dr. M.K. Mudgal, attended the event as chief guests.


Saving patients’ time and money is our key objective
EDMedTech Co-founder and senior neurosurgeon Dr. Rati Aggarwal said the platform is designed not merely to simplify treatment but also to reduce the time and financial burden faced by patients.


She said patients will be able to access several healthcare services through a single digital platform, including doctor appointments, online consultations, treatment-related services, medicines and health insurance.


Digital healthcare services to benefit patients in remote areas
Dr. Deepak Aggarwal appreciated the initiative and described it as an important step towards making healthcare more accessible and transparent in the digital era.


He expressed hope that the platform would particularly benefit patients living in remote and underserved areas by enabling them to access healthcare services more conveniently.


Dr. M.K. Mudgal said technology-driven initiatives such as EDMedTech could play an important role in bringing healthcare services closer to the common people and making the entire process simpler and more convenient.


Multiple healthcare facilities under one platform
The EDMedTech platform offers patients access to online and offline doctor consultations, an online pharmacy and health insurance services.


Patients can consult specialist doctors online from the comfort of their homes, while those requiring physical consultation can also book appointments with specialists. The platform also enables users to order medicines from home and select health insurance plans according to their individual and family requirements.

At the programme, Mrs. Kaushal Aggarwal, Founder and President of EDMedTech, expressed gratitude to the guests and participants. Students who had participated in the training programme were also felicitated on the occasion.
