Ch. Anil Kumar said that when CBI searched his house for over 15 hours a few weeks ago, he tried to underplay it by saying that “nothing” was recovered by the CBI from his residence then. He said that the game regarding the Liquor Scam probe changed direction when the CBI and the ED (Enforcement Directorate) arrested middle men Vijay Nair and Sameer Mahindroo recently, following which the CBI and ED conducted raids at several places across the country, which has eventually resulted in the CBI calling Sisodia for questioning as it was an open secret that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Sisodia had taken heavy   commissions for the privatisation of the controversial Liquor Policy.

Anil Kumar said that besides the Liquor Scam, Sisodia was also the King Pinn of the Class Room Construction Scam, Toilet Complex maintenance contract scam, Delhi Jal Board scam and many other corrupt deals of the Kejriwal Government, as the latter was the Master Mind of all the scams as the corruption trial ends at Kejriwal’s doorstep, but Sisodia cannot escape the clutches of the Law, now that probe agency has surrounded him.

Ch. Anil Kumar said that with Sisodia’s arrest by the CBI imminent and a long incarceration awaits him like Minister Satyender Jain, Kejriwal should sack him forthwith and appoint an honest Minister in his place so that governance does not suffer.

Anil Kumar said that with Satyender Jain in jail in a money laundering case and Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam having quit following a controversial statement, the Delhi Government has already been decapcitated and Sisodia should quit immediately so that a replacement on his place could be appointed now that the sanitation workers have struck work to leave Delhi with mountains of garbage.
