Smoking is prohibited in many public places, but many people fail to understand the rules and regulations and get addicted to it. This failure on part of the governance hinders the growth and progress of right from the youth of the country. If the young generation is not guided properly they fail to understand what is right or wrong and they just dwell in the darkness of ignorance.
