WICCI Organisational HR Council  has today announced  their launch date of 24th April 2021 in the state of Karnataka. Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry is a National Business Chamber for Women that boost and build women’s entrepreneurship and businesses through greater engagement with government, institutions, global trade and networks.

Karnataka Organizational Council has declared that they will be going for a virtual launch on Facebook Live , keeping the safety of everyone in view. WICCI Organisational HR Council is formed  with a vision to lead the way and make Karnataka the best state to work for women.

Council will work with team of 20 members and will be headed by Ms. Richa Sareen Gupta as a President & Ms. Silky Bogra as Vice President. Council will be working on the following  for the first year

  • Helping women in need in Karnataka for workplace issues.
  • Helping women entrepreneur/ HR  Professionals  by giving then HR process guidance
  • Starting platform for HR Trainings for women leading HR departments and helping them to sort organization issues and motivating them to build better policies for women in workforce
  • Providing people in HR profession access to new technologies, law changes in HR & Compliances
  • Collaborate with Govt, department and Labour  Commissioner of the state and develop recommendations in policy/law/guidelines for happy workplace

Our guest of honor will be “Dr. Shalini Rajneesh” Additional Chief Secretary at Planning Department, IAS Karnataka. Athira A.K will be joining us as a motivational speaker along with Dr.Harbeen Arora, Founder WICCI, G100 ALL WEF, SHECONOMY, BIOAYURVEDA with all the council members.

Dr. Shalini Rajneesh, IAS is heading the Planning Department of Karnataka Govt and is known for pioneering the “Sakala” project and is a prominent writer of 18 books on women empowerment, management, and IAS studies. She will be felicitated with an award of “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for all”.
Athira A.K, young woman who showcased her skills across the globe in the field of research and development. From a college student to a Google Scholar, she is an inspiration to all the women, who want to shine their path through their hard work and determination.
