Delhi Govt. is the regulating authority for this. Each year Delhi govt. has to come up with guidelines well in advance in November month, this year  December last week is in progress but govt. is in sleep mode. Parents and Guardians of the children are stressed and confused about the future of their children.

Many of them are already in scarce condition after losing jobs. Delhi govt. should also come out with compensation and alternative employment plan for these teachers.
