The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of “My Association” was held successfully on Saturday at Aggarwal Dharamshala, Mansarovar Park, East Delhi, in a dignified and well-organized manner. The presence of several prominent and respected personalities from the area added significance and prestige to the event.


Among the notable attendees were SDM Headquarters Shri Narendra, Councillors Shri Chandra Prakash Sharma and Shri Ritesh Suji, former Rohtas Nagar MLA Shri Vipin Sharma, and former Councillor Shri Anil Gautam. The gathering also witnessed active participation from social workers, traders, and representatives of various organizations, including Jain Samaj, Human Rights Forum, RWAs, market associations, and other social bodies.


The program commenced with an address by General Secretary Advocate Nagendra Singh, who presented a detailed report of the organization’s activities over the past year. He also outlined the future plans and goals, reflecting the progressive vision and commitment of the association.


Subsequently, Treasurer Shri Rishabh Raj Jain, with the assistance of Auditor Shri P.S. Kushwaha and Co-Treasurer Shri Naman Jain, presented a comprehensive financial report of the year. The statement of accounts was unanimously approved by the members, expressing confidence in the transparency and functioning of the organization.


The event was efficiently conducted by Advocate Sandeep Thakur, ensuring smooth proceedings and maintaining the decorum of the gathering. In the concluding segment, President Shri Yogendra Ji extended heartfelt gratitude to all founder members, team members, distinguished guests, and attendees for their support and presence.


The meeting concluded on a positive and enthusiastic note, reinforcing the association’s commitment to social responsibility and its vision for future initiatives.
