Ram Mandir Anand Vihar witnessed a grand Bhajan Sandhya and cultural program on the auspicious occasion of the Sanatan New Year (Nav Samvatsar), organized under the aegis of Adishankaracharya Janseva Trust. The event was celebrated with great devotion, enthusiasm, and spiritual fervor, drawing a large gathering of dignitaries, devotees, and social workers.

The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and an invocation, followed by a series of devotional and cultural presentations.
A notable highlight was a short skit performed by school children on the theme of cleanliness. Through their engaging performance, the children conveyed a strong message about hygiene, environmental protection, and social responsibility, which was highly appreciated by the audience.

The main attraction of the evening was the soulful bhajan presentation by renowned devotional singer Pandit Ravi Prakash Sharma. His melodious renditions immersed the audience in devotion and created a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
On this occasion, Abha Sharma, an active member of the Trust, spoke about the historical and cultural significance of the Sanatan New Year. She described it as a symbol of tradition, renewal, and harmony with nature, and encouraged everyone to celebrate it in alignment with Indian cultural values.
The event also featured an inspiring address by Member of Parliament and Union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra, who emphasized the importance of unity, values, and preservation of Sanatan traditions. He urged the youth to remain connected to their cultural roots.

A thought-provoking discourse was delivered by revered Sadhvi Samahita on the theme “Hindu Lifestyle.” She highlighted that Sanatan Dharma is not merely a religion but a holistic way of life based on balance, duty, culture, and harmony with nature. She also stressed the importance of values such as discipline, yoga, environmental awareness, and strong family systems.

The program was skillfully anchored by Mahesh Hingorani, who ensured a smooth and engaging flow throughout the event.
The success of the program was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Trust members, including Vasudev Bansal, Gunjan Gupta, Vinod Singhal, Deepak Agrawal, Pradeep Garg, Subodh Sharma, Girish Gupta, Pyare Krishna Gadru, and Lajjawati Gupta, along with many other volunteers.
Deepak Gupta, President of the Trust, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Ram Mandir Anand Vihar Management Committee for their support and coordination. He stated that such religious and cultural events play an important role in strengthening social harmony, unity, and cultural awareness. He also encouraged other institutions to celebrate the Sanatan New Year on a larger scale.
The program concluded with a collective prayer, Aarti, and distribution of Prasad, marking a spiritually enriching beginning to the New Year.
