Grand Patriotic Celebration in Jasola under the Leadership of RWA President Karan Shankar Mani

With freedom in mind, faith in the heart, pride in being Indian, and a firm resolve to uphold the dignity of democracy and the Republic, the 77th Republic Day was celebrated at Pocket 10B, Jasola, with great enthusiasm, discipline and patriotic fervour.


The programme was presided over by Supreme Court Advocate and RWA President Shri Karan Shankar Mani, while the event formally commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, retired Judge Dr Nirmal Jain. The salute to the Tricolour and the powerful rendition of “Vande Mataram” filled the atmosphere with intense national pride.


Children Bring Freedom Struggle Alive on Stage
The most emotional and impactful moment of the programme was witnessed when young children vividly portrayed the sacrifice and valour of freedom fighters on stage. Their performances strongly conveyed the message that the nation’s future rests in safe and responsible hands.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Manish Chaudhary, BJP candidate from Okhla Assembly constituency, said:
“These young children are the foundation of India’s bright future. If patriotism, discipline and respect for the Constitution are instilled in them today, no force can stop India from moving forward.”


He urged citizens to strengthen democracy and keep national interest above all else.


Inspiring Message from Senior Journalist R. P. Dubey
Senior journalist Shri R. P. Dubey stated that the enthusiasm and dedication shown by children towards the nation reflect strong cultural values and growing national consciousness, which are hallmarks of a healthy democracy.

The programme was smoothly conducted by Dr Pranjali Vishwakarma and Mrs Pooja Chaurasia. Significant contributions were made by Deepmala, Gayatri Mishra, Neha Pant, Kohinoor, Kumkum, Priyanka, Nabya and Tanya, whose collective efforts ensured the event’s success.

In his concluding address, RWA President Shri Karan Shankar Mani said:
“This was not merely a celebration, but a collective pledge by the residents of Pocket 10B to remain committed to the nation, the Constitution and democratic values. When society stands united for national interest, India becomes invincible.”


The presence of RWA office-bearers, youth, children and a large number of senior citizens clearly demonstrated that the Republic is not just a system of governance, but a true festival of people’s participation.
