The residence “62 Rajput, Akanksha Enclave, Abhay Khand-2, Indirapuram” has been conferred the prestigious Three Star Rating under the SVA GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) system.
The award was presented on November 4, 2025, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, by noted actor and environmental advocate Shri Gulshan Grover.


🏡 This remarkable achievement marks the first-ever residential building in Ghaziabad to receive a GRIHA Star Rating — a testament to sustainable design, energy efficiency, and eco-conscious living.
The house was designed and supervised by Mr. Dushyant Kumar, Director, Renascent Consultants, New Delhi, whose expertise ensured the successful implementation of green building principles in the project.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Hemendra Rajput, homeowner of 62 Rajput, expressed his gratitude and pride in being recognized for environmental stewardship and sustainable living.
