London, UK: Internationally acclaimed artist, author, and founder of Renuka Anand Art Academy, Dr. Renuka Anand from Delhi NCR, has been honored with an award by Inspiring Indian Women – She Inspires, Dharma Dubey special award on 25th March, 2025 at the Houses of Parliament, London, UK, near the iconic Big Ben ,Hosted by Honourable MP Bob Blackman MP UK Harrow East since 2010.
This prestigious recognition celebrates her extraordinary contributions to the field of art, education, and inspiration to aspiring artists and individuals worldwide.

Dr. Renuka Anand has been the recipient of numerous National and International Art excellence awards. She has also been conferred with the esteemed title of Honorary Doctorate by Chicago University, USA, acknowledging her dedication and impact in the world of fine arts.

A self-taught artist, Dr. Anand recently authored a book titled The Secrets of Portrait Drawing, which was launched at the World Book Fair, New Delhi. The book serves as a step-by-step guide for students and amateur artists, offering structured insights into portrait drawing techniques.

As a jury member for several years in National and State-level painting competitions organized by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Power Finance Corporation, NTPC ( PSU of the Government of India), she has played a significant role in evaluating and nurturing artistic talent.

Dr. Anand is also the founder of Renuka Anand Art Academy, an online platform where she mentors students across all age groups in various styles and color mediums. Her innovative and creative teaching methods have been widely appreciated, making portrait drawing accessible and engaging for learners of different backgrounds.

Beyond her artistic excellence, she has made remarkable contributions in multiple fields. She was crowned Miss Beautiful Smile in the Mrs. Delhi NCR Contest and was formerly a Kendriya Vidyalaya lecturer. Originally a science student, she qualified for medical entrance exams before transitioning to commerce and later securing a lecturer position. She also holds a diploma in fashion designing and served as a trainer at the International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), she has also written articles ,published in magazines and newspapers ,demonstrating her versatility across different domains.
