Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that Congress has announced the Rs 8500 month “Yuva Udan Yojna” on the National Youth Day, which falls on Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, for the uplift of the young. He said that due to the neglect of the youth by BJP and AAP, unemployment hit the skies with the idling youth taking to liquor and drug addiction. He said that the Congress stipend will channelize the skills of the youth to constructive works, to give direction to their lives, as in the past 11 years, people only witnessed “monopoly, price rise and corruption” but no jobs for the youth.
