Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Shri Devender Yadav said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s deplorable statement against Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar in Parliament was a validation of the antipathy in the DNA of BJP and the RSS toward Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar and the Constitution, against which Shri Rahul Gandhi has been waging a relentless battle, which has been bothering Amit Shah and PM Modi no end.

Shri Devender Yadav said that the very fact that the Modi Government was pushing for the One Nation, One Election Bill was intended to subvert the Constitution and Democracy to impose authoritarian rule in the country by undermining the sacred Constitution prepared under the leadership of Dr B R Ambedkar.

Shri Devender Yadav said that those people who played no role in India’s independence movement or its development and progress after independence were now bent upon undermining the great contribution of Dr. Ambedkar and the relevance of the Constitution to impose their own will on the people, but Congress will not allow such tactics of the communal forces to succeed.
