Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted saplings of Jamun, Peepal and Imli (tamarind) in Smart Garden today. Social workers and environment-lovers also participated in plantation.

Along with Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, Sarvshri Dipanshu Rathore, Mohit, Neeraj and Harsh Rajput also planted saplings on their birthdays. Shri Ajay Sisodia, Sushri Purva Sharma, Shri Ayush and Sushri Neetu Tiwari of Try Foundation also planted saplings. Sushri Divya Atri, President of Vision Development for Women Welfare Needs Society, informed about efforts being made to make citizens aware about cleanliness and for polythene-free markets in ‘Mera Bhopal-Meri Zimmedari’ campaign. CM Shri Chouhan appreciated this responsibility undertaken by the citizens. Smt. Anshita Sharma, Sushri Vaidehi Choudhary, Shri Ameya Sharma, Shri Prabhav Sohgaura also participated in plantation.
